Succesful bread-baking!

Voila! Pretty satisfied with this gluten-free bread I baked for Sanne yesterday, I must say :-) It's almost an art baking a succesful gluten-free bread. At least that's what it feels like when you've been struggeling getting it right the last couple of times..

The solution for me is simple: No more TORO :-D  Toro is a norwegian brand that produces a lot of delicious mixes for cakes, waffles etc, but their gluten-free breadmix could need some more work to it.

From no on my favourite is the swedish brand Semper. It's a pity that gluten-free products are so expensive in Norway. We will get some of the extra costs refunded, but not as much as we spend. Will try to find some products in the Netherlands as well, as I'm sure the range of such products is much larger there.
